Using the results, of the 2007 A List Apart - web survey, I was able to find the correct demographics and target audience for my website. I used similar experiences of my own, to narrow the correct audience for an Web Designers Site. I expect my audience to be in the same age range as myself, also with the same demographics.

The Featured group, is a group of Creative Individuals. A mix of age, gender, and racial backgrounds, all dedicated to the Web Industry. The following group would be considered as graduates, visiting the site to keep up with current Web trends.

 

COLLEGE STUDENTS!

This group is a group of current college students, living the college life. These visitors would use the site for informational and learning purposes. These visitors would be the backbone of the traffic, giving purpose to the sites existence.

 

CREATIVE ENTHUSIASTS!

People!

The last group is made up of all kinds of people. All differentiating in race, gender, age, and education status. The site will be a hub for creativity, inspired by and for all types of people. Users are what run the sites, so all users are in a target audience range.
